It is not clear from our knowledge whether there are any available OUNPPM training classes in Europe or the US currently. It would be best to contact Ohio University directly to inquire about this.
Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything about Ohio University OUNPPM, the way it works and the formation course. The developer link leads to a page that still works, but no information could be found about it.
I would appreciate it if you could respond on the following questions: Does the operator of OUNPPM require a valid licence? Could OUNPPM be applied to predict the effect of airborne aircraft?

You will have to use the Request Support because there is nowhere mentioned about the license of this software or if it does require a license in order to work properly.
